Noemi Brow Primer

The primer prepares the skin before coloring the eyebrows. It gently cleanses, nourishes, and regenerates the skin without leaving it greasy or sticky. It makes the color of the hair and skin more natural.

The consistency is gel-like, and the scent is pleasant.
