General delivery information

  • Our office and store are opened from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (GMT+2). Office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and no dispatches are made.
  • Orders placed using the store pick-up option are immediately available from our store located at Rästa 18 Tallinn, Estonia
  • We ship products worldwide except for APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • The shipping price is calculated in the check-out automatically depending on the destination, weight and size of the parcel.
  • All the orders are dispatched on business days no more than 48h after receiving the payment.
  • Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during the holidays and the sale seasons.

 

Taxes and duties

As a customer, you are liable for all import fees, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. We recommend reviewing any additional charges with your local customs departments before ordering.

Returns

If a product is faulty, please contact us within 14 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund along with return of the faulty item. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge. If you are not available to receive your order and it is returned to us, your payment will be refunded minus any shipping charges already paid and any costs incurred in returning the package to us.

 

Cancellation of Orders

Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas, orders are normally dispatched to you on the next working day of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by sending an email to info@ruthiebelle.com. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply:

When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have 14 days to inform us that you have changed your mind and wish to cancel the purchase. You must contact us by sending an email to info@ruthiebelle.com to confirm which items are being returned. Cancelled goods must be returned within 14 days of informing us of the cancellation. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from our warehouse. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.

You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (we recommend you get Proof of Posting). There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free product gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. If an attempt to deliver goods continues to fail through no fault of our or the couriers (you are not in or have entered the wrong address etc.) and is subsequently returned to us we will not refund for shipping. If the goods are to be sent out again a shipping charge will apply.
